Victor Joseph, also a California resident, is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Mercury Insurance and also serves on its board of directors. Excluding the CA Fair Plan, Mercury is the third largest provider of homeowners insurance in California by revenue, representing a bit more than 7% of the homeowners market. He has a long history at the company, where he was previously an EVP and prior to that the chief underwriting officer.
